HOW WE SHIP

You want your sunnies right? Well we want to get them to you so lets get a couple of ground rules sorted

 

You buy the glasses – we have them shipped generally within 1-2 business day

 

All orders are shipped through Australia Post, they have bigger insurance than us and a lot more delivery vans, hopefully they won’t stuff your gear in their little red bikes but if they do damage them in transit let us know and we’ll get you out a replacement set no questions asked

 

FREE SHIPPING

All orders over $100 will qualify for free shipping anywhere in the world

 

AUSSIE SHIPPING
Standard Shipping – Allow 3-5 business days. Orders under $100 will have the rate calculated at checkout.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Standard Shipping – Alloy 7-10 business days. Orders under $100 will have the rate calculated at checkout.

EVERYONE ELSE SHIPPING

We’ve gotta jump through a couple of hoops to get stuff out to you but we’ll generally have it in the post after 2 business days. Delivery dates depend on your local carrier. If you live in rural Mongolia it could take months. Orders under $100 will have the rate calculated at checkout.

 

ITS TAKING TOO LONG

We do our best to get orders out the door ASAP but things can and do happen, if you haven’t heard anything after 3 business days hit us up on help@flshades.co and we’ll get to the bottom of it for you
